Rochelle Petersen | Co Founder and Managing Partner
Rochelle Petersen is one of the Founders and Managing Partners with Growth Capital Investors, a real estate investment firm headquartered in Folsom, California. Rochelle has a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications with a business minor from San Jose State University. She spent time in the banking industry, property management and recruiting before starting her own professional organizing business. When her son Cade decided he wanted to pursue real estate investing she found it interesting and transitioned full time to multi-family real estate. In her free time she loves to spend time with her husband and watch her 4 sons excel at sports and acting. She also loves to travel.
Cade Petersen | Co Founder and Managing Partner
Cade Petersen is one of the Founders and Managing Partners with Growth Capital Investors, a real estate investment firm headquartered in Folsom, California. Cade is currently attending Folsom Lake College and playing basketball on the school's team. He has a strong interest in investor relations, capital raising, and a passion for multi family real estate investing. In his spare time you can usually find him on a basketball court or working out at the gym. He loves spending time with friends and family.
